Spooky Silence from Drum et al on Isreali Boycott Story
It’s fascinating to see that the big “liberal” bloggers – Drum (Washington Monthly), Josh Marshall (Talking Points Memo), Daily Kos – have yet to even mention the Jerusalem Post story about the Dubai company’s parent company enforcing the Arab Boycott of Israel. It’s been out all day, now it’s the end of the day, and obviously it is of huge importance as a story: for the politics of it at least – how’s it going to go over in the Jewish community? -- certainly as to suggesting how incredibly shoddy the investigation was – why? – and possibly, for sure, even without prejudging it, as to the merits of allowing this company to get that business. Kind of spooky, even, as if our blogger pals are waiting for a cue from somewhere that they can touch it without getting burned. We think these guys are reliable sources of integrity in their commentary – they are good, for sure -- but it makes you wonder who is pulling their chains.

It hasn't gotten into the main stream media either. They had some other story on their minds. Can't walk and chew gum at the same time, I guess.
