Cheney Booed

As you may have already heard, Cheney threw out the first ball at the Washington Nationals' opening day and got royally thoroughly booed. You can see the clip at Crooks and Liars, here. It's hard to believe that someone didn't foresee this possibility. Perhaps it's because Bush didn't get booed when he threw out the first ball in his hand-picked City of Cincinnati. But Cheney was nearly jeered from the field.

With a team running our government that's this unpopular, the Dems chances in the fall have to be looking up -- I hope.
