Colbert blackballed by MSM
Yesterday, I posted a link to a video clip of Stephen Colbert's performance at the White House press dinner on Saturday. It was quite biting and took on the press as well as the president. Bush was not at all pleased. A, it seems the main stream media weren't pleased either. As many bloggers have mentioned, the main stream media has raved about how Bush poked fun at himself but failed to mention anything about the Colbert performance.
Elisabeth S. Bumiller of the New York Times is a case in point. (the S stands for stenographer) This is a moderately lengthy article about the event. Colbert is not even mentioned.

Oh, yeah-- I read the transcript and saw a lot of the video: Colbert clobbered the MSM harder than Bush, as far as I can tell.
