Nothing is better than something Republican

The GOP has decided to block any further vote on immigration reform this year and attempt to blame the Democrats for blocking the reform.

My guess is this won't fly. Everyone who's likely to vote knows the Thuglicans are in power. And, I think most immigrants already know which side of the taco curtain the Thughlicans are on. They've already shot themselves in the foot on this one, and it's too late to set the safety on the gun.

And, from the point of view of public policy, this is probably a good move, since almost any bill the Thuglicans would agree upon is likely to be bad. In this case, nothing is better than something Republican.
