Procrastinator in chief

Bush has decided to put off announcing his "new plan" to "win" the Iraq war until after Christmas. I think he's hoping people will forget the Iraq Study Group between now and then. It clearly isn't that he wants more time to make a decision. He already knows what he's going to do, and so do most of the rest of us. He's going to add 20,000 troops for one final push and then stay the course.
