Surge or be purged

Glenn Greenwald has a good discussion of the wingnuts' proposal to force Republicans to sign a loyalty oath to support the "surge" before receiving any campaign funding from the party. For Republicans, it's something like "publish or perish" but it's now called "surge or be purged."
