Efficient "Justice"

I guess I didn't realize that the Guantanamo "tribunals" would proceed without defense attorneys at all. That's helpful, isn't it? The prosecution makes its case. There is no defense. Conviction is certain. It certainly shortens the case, I'd think. Highly efficient.

Fourteen Guantanamo Bay prison detainees are due to face their first hearings before US military panels, without legal representation and with reporters barred from the proceedings.

Maybe, once the kangaroo is done hopping, the Regime will outsource the executions to the Mafia.

I don't see how any law-abiding military official would consent to sit in such an absurd proceeeding. Seems to me it raises the possibility of criminal action against anyone who does at some future time when they are no longer protected by the perpetrators.
