Josh Marshall tells us the latest "terrorist" plot to attack Ft. Dix may have been just as incompetent as most of the other so-called "terrorist" plots. Aside from the incompetence, it appears the FBI may have actually convinced these kids to pursue their plot in order to gain an arrest.
