Boehner calls Iraq War effort “a small price.” Consequences: None.

Another Republican says “we” are paying “a small price” in Iraq. That’s for a war that the mighty General Petraeus says, as his first thought when asked this obvious question in long-planned testimony before the Senate of the United States of America, he “doesn’t know” whether it’s making the country safer or not. Ho hum, says mainstream media.

Is something here gradually seeping into some extremely thick heads? What do they need? Are the newspeople at CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC and CBS anything other than the absolute dumbest people in the world?

And, as Kos points out, the Dems have dropped the ball on this one too.
