More than one way to skin a cat

It looks like Patrick Leahy is going to block the Mukasey nomination until the Judiciary Committee gets the subpoenaed documents that the DOJ has refused to produce. There may be more than one way to skin a cat.

Of course, the president might be just as happy to leave Paul Clement in as acting attorney general, so who knows whether this will produce results.
