Mechanical dragonflies spying on Democrats?

This is a bit spooky. Several people gathered at recent political events have seen something that looked like mechanical dragonflies hovering above them, apparently watching them. There's some speculation that these are robot spies launched by the Department of Homeland Security to spy on radical groups, like Democrats. There is, of course, also the possibility these were really just dragonflies.
