Making sense

You know, the world actually feels like it's beginning to make sense again:

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts.

Of course, at 5-4, it was a close call. The loonies could easily take over again.
