Ah, there were WMD there all the time

I gather from this post at Daily Kos that the FISA bill the Senate is poised to pass with Obama's imprimatur has a sneaky little provision in it that redefines weapons of mass destruction (presumably retroactively). I suppose the purpose is to include things Saddam actually had so Bush can argue that he wasn't lying when he said we were invading Iraq to stop its WMD programs. It might also help him contest his case in any war crimes trial that comes up.
