Spineless worms
With the news that the Dems (Senate and House) have decided to punt on voting to get rid of the Bush tax cuts for the rich, I've concluded they are all spineless worms. I'll vote for anything but a Democrat this fall (as long as it isn't a Republican. If that's the only choice, I'm not going to vote). The Dems deserve to lose every seat they hold!

But a no-vote is a vote for the Republican, period. There's no getting around that. And this is tarring all the Democrats when the great majority will vote the way they should vote on this and other critical issues.
It's incredibly frustrating indeed to see the gutlessness of so many Democrats, but it's going to take continuing effort for a number of years to change the politics of this country. We need to find more primary challengers who are real Democrats.
