Assisted Suicide

Today, the Supreme Court upheld Oregon's "Right to Die" statute that permits assisted suicide. Roberts, Scalia, and Thomas sided with the President in opposing the Oregon law. I'm of two minds on this. The same reasoning that led the majority to uphold Oregon could potentially be used to strip the Federal Government of any power to overrule the states, for example on labor laws, voting rights laws, etc. I don't feel comfortable with that. Yet, with this guy as President and the Republicans in charge of everything, I don't feel comfortable with the Federal Government doing anything it pleases either.

Good thing I'm not on the SCOTUS!
