Pro-Alito Witness's Organization is Anti-Alito

Markos at DailyKos has learned that one of the pro-Alito witnesses scheduled to testify before the Senate's Judiciary Committee on behalf of Alito's nomination is Cathy Fleming. She is the incoming president of the National Association of Women Lawyers, which has taken the official position that Alito is not qualified to serve.

Will the Democrats be smart enough to point this out during her appearance? We'll see, but I'm not counting on it.

Update: Whoops, the Republicans have just pulled her name from the witness list. That sure didn't take long.
