He's dead, but he's just fine
Markos at DailyKos caught a scroll bar at the CNN site that read:
And, if he dies, there will be no one left to dispute Cheney's claim that he, the victim, was at fault.
When is someone going to start talking about manslaughter?
Man shot and wounded by Vice President Cheney suffers "minor heart attack" after birdshot becomes lodged in his heart, hospital spokesman says.Originally, they were saying the guy was shot with a pellet gun. A pellet gun and a shot gun are two very very different things. He was actually shot with a shot gun. Yesterday, they were saying the guy was fine, almost walking out of the hospital -- even though he was in the ICU. Last night they were saying he would leave the ICU that night. He didn't. They were talking about superficial wounds, but one of the pellets went as deep as his heart. Now, he has a "minor heart attack." Next thing you know, he'll probably be dead. But, of course, he's just fine!
And, if he dies, there will be no one left to dispute Cheney's claim that he, the victim, was at fault.
