No call list

Just got a cold call from "Western Investment." I informed the caller that we are on the no call list. She said there was nothing illegal about her call because she was not "selling" anything. Just trying to inform me about a new penny stock that's come on the market.

If "just trying to inform you" is an excuse to allow the call, that's a loop hole big enough to drive a truck through.
