Oath, smoath
Joe in DC at Americablog notes a Washington Post article saying the RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman is fighting Democrats' efforts to force him to testify under oath about the White House role in the New Hampshire phone jamming case.
As Joe states, "If Mehlman has nothing to hide, he would just testify under oath, wouldn't he?"
