What's up at Social Security?

Atrios noted that the Social Security Trustees have failed to publish their annual report by the required date of April 1st. and say they don't know when it will be published. Atrios, Matthew Yglesias and Josh Marshall all fear the Bushies are up to something fishy. Stay tuned.
