Impeach him, impeach him NOW

Now that the story is out that Bush has suspended the fourth amendment by using the NSA to spy on reporters and their sources, maybe the press will join the calls for impeachment.

Impeach him, impeach him NOW!

And, impeach Cheney too!

This, of course, is precisely the kind of snooping that strikes right at the heart of our guarantees in the Bill of Rights. It's exactly the kind of thing Congress tried to prevent with the FISA law. It's clearly illegal -- even Bush and his thugs have been arguing that the only snooping is specifically directed at al Qaeda in order to avoid admitting to an illegality -- and it's also clearly unconstitutional. But, of course, Bush once said, "Stop bothering me with the Constitution, it's only a god damned piece of paper."
