Shumer refuses to rule out backing Lieberman, even if he bolts the Democratic Party after losing to Lamont

Maybe Chuck Shumer should go the way of Joe Lieberman -- out the back door.

Schumer said that the DSCC "fully supports" Sen. Joe Lieberman in his primary bid, and he refused to rule out continuing that support if Lieberman were to run as an independent.
