TIA

With this piece of news about how the supposedly aborted TIA ("Total Information Awarness") program is still going strong, I'm beginning seriously to consider establishing an alternate identity, with credit cards, passport, etc. I just don't know how to do it. They say you should start at a grave yard, but I don't know what to do once I get there.
