Voting machines

Went to vote in the Democratic Primary today and complained to the election attendants that I didn't like the new electronic, paperless, voting machines and would prefer a paper ballot. They smiled knowingly and handed me a paper ballot. Then, one said, "this is your lucky day. You got this wish so you should probably go out and play the lottery."

At the end, they explained to me that they had the paper ballots because the expensive new machine (that will have to be dumped after being used only twice) was broken.
