The shaky truce in Lebanon

Today the Israelis said they would go back into Lebanon if the Lebanese army and the U.N. fail to disarm Hizbullah. Hizbullah says they won't disarm, and it's pretty clear that neither the Lebanese Army nor the U.N. will have the clout to disarm them. So, where does that leave us?

I guess the real question is whether Israel will go back in. As far as I can tell, Hizbullah would love it if they did.

On the whole, I don't see much hope for this cease fire plan.
