Another judge denies government use of state secrets privilege
Glenn Greenwood has the story of how Bush has lost another major legal battle in the NSA spying scandal. One more judge, this one in Oregon, has denied the government's assertion of the state secrets privilege. Now we have three judges who have taken the same position on this.

None of the court cases in the last 80 years, or congressional hearings on radiation, labs, helped the last 10 million murdered under 'secrets' and satellite spying. See Empire facts and contived war in this ongoing holocaust from 1920. Millions have 'disappeared' by this method since 1999 alone, worldwide, and anyone who thinks they are 'separate' from this activity should think again.
