A State of lawlessness: Florida

This story about a Democratic activist who has been charged with felony wiretapping in Florida foraudio taping a City Manager with his permission in a person to person interview is outrageous for two reasons. First, because of the trampling on this guy's rights. Second, because it is so poorly written.

Just remember that in Florida it's okay to kill anyone you want to as long as you claim to believe he might have meant to harm you but it's not okay to audio tape someone with his permission.
