Bush's replacements of U.S. attorneys may be unconstitutional

Josh Marshall informs us that someone has decided to challenge the Constitutionality of the various moves by Alberto Gonzales to appoint U.S. Attorney's who are not confirmed by the Senate. I read the motion, and it makes a pretty good point.
