Rumor

David Kurtz, over at TPM, is posting a rumor that Negroponte is moving to State to replace Rice who, in turn, will replace Cheney.

Let me, for one, weigh in on this. I don't believe it. Cheney is still calling the shots as far as I can tell. After all, who's pushing the escalation? So..... unless Cheney really is sicker than we think, I very much doubt Cheney will be replaced.

But, then again, what do I know?
