Bringing back the Constitution

I hope my nasty letter to Menendez when he signed the Military Commissions' Act helped to encourage this:

Sens. Dodd (D-CT) and Menendez (D-NJ) to introduce bill banning torture and reinstituting habeas corpus.

Now, let's see if it gets any traction. Somehow I doubt it will.
