The Dump Gonzales bandwagon

Everybody seems to be jumping onto the fire Gonzales bandwagon. There's today's NY Times followed in short order by a bunch of Democratic senators. Judging from past history, this is a wasted effort. It simply isn't going to happen. Look how long it took to dump Rumsfeld, and as far as I can tell, he's the only major player in this administration that's been dumped. Gonzales is an integral part of Bush's protection mechanism. He won't be dumped.

If we want to get rid of him, we have to impeach him (or Bush and Cheney).
