0.7% of Iraqi insurgents are foreign

Via Juan Cole, we learn that only 135 of the 19,000 insurgents held by the U.S. in Iraq are foreigners. See the red slice of the pie to the right? That's how many foreigners there are fighting us in Iraq. So much for the al Qaeda claims!
