Fist fighting for Christ

I guess this is better than a duel with guns:

Fox News aired an interview Thursday with the controversial Catholic League president, William Donahue, who took offense to comments questioning religion from comedian, and prominent athiest, Bill Maher.

That Maher deigned to question the divinity of Jesus Christ -- saying he was more skeptical of Christian mythology than that UFOs regularly visit earth -- sent Donahue into an apoplectic rage. The 60-year-old Donahue challenged his longtime nemesis Maher to a fist-fight. Fox News host Megyn Kelly offered to televise the fight right there on Americas' Newsroom.

But, not much. So, let's see, would Christ have picked a fist fight with anyone? Somehow, I doubt it. I seem to recall something about turning the other cheek.

On the other hand, I once had a "born again" roommate who often threatened to flog me and my other roommates with a rubber hose in order to force us to accept Christ as our lord and savior. He never quite succeeded at that, but he is now a Bishop, so I guess the rubber hose worked on somebody.
