Whose right to religious freedom trumps whom?
From the tenor of the Republican attacks on contraception, it appears they believe that the boss's religious freedom trumps the employee's religious freedom. I guess it's only "job creators" that get the benefits of the 1st Amendment.

Of course, the Democrats have been unable to exploit the situation by making that simple point, which the majority of the public gets easily. We have never let employers performing secular functions decide which employee-protection laws they find acceptable and which not.
