DeLay delayed

Ronnie Earle got one more bite out of Tom DeLay's hide. He has filed an appeal to the judge's dismissal of the conspiracy charge against DeLay and asked the judge to delay the DeLay trial until the Appeals Court has heard the appeal. That keeps DeLay out of his leadership role even longer and probably seals his fate.
