Radical Militant Librarians

Some agents of the FBI are complaining that the Justice Department doesn't let them use the powers granted under the Patriot Act as often as they would like.

"While radical militant librarians kick us around, true terrorists benefit from OIPR's [Office of Intelligence Policy] failure to let us use the tools given to us," read the e-mail message, which was sent by an unidentified F.B.I. official. "This should be an OIPR priority!!!"

Ah yes, it's those radical militant librarians that we have to look out for.
