More Secret Laws

Kevin Drum has uncovered more on the issue of secret laws. Apparently, there's a secret law that gives the president authority to name someone an American citizen without going through the regular procedures. In fact, it appears there is a whole U.S. Code section that is blank, filled I guess with secret laws written in disappearing ink. Take a look at what Kevin has to say.
