Al Gore Speech next Monday

As you may have heard, Al Gore is slated to give a major speech on Monday night at Constitution Hall in Washington, DC. It appears he intends to challenge Bush on Constitutional grounds, arguing that Bush has attempted to destroy the checks and balances that are the hallmarks of our democracy.

It sounds like it's going to be a real call to arms.

Of course, the press will follow the GOP lead and picture Gore as a nutball firebrand who has lost his marbles. I guess that Howard Dean disease is infectious.
