DeLay offers himself up as a sacrificial lamb

What a guy! Tom DeLay says he won't seek re-election to his leadership position in the House because it might harm the Republican team. What self-sacrifice! Almost reminds you of Jesus on the cross, doesn't it?

Of course, he'll be in jail anyway, so I doubt his decision to withdraw has much consequence.
