What about Rove?

Jason Leopold has an update on the Plamegate situation. He says that the investigation was slowed because Fitzgerald had to deal with the Lord Black case in Chicago. Meanwhile, he says, Rove was offered a plea deal on two occasions back in December but refused to agree. The investigation continues.

It sounds as though things are definitely progressing in the direction of a Rove indictment.
