Democrats prove once again they have no balls

Yesterday, the Senate by 96-3 voted down the amendments to fix the Patriot Act proposed by Rus Feingold. Only three Democrats voted to preserve the democracy. They were Feingold, Byrd and Jeffords. All the others turned tail and ran away, hoping the Rethuglicans wouldn't charge them with being soft on terrorism. Spineless wimps, all.
