Homeland Security gets religion (update)

To provide a bit of context for Homeland Security's new faith-based initiative office, see this ABCNews report. DHS is the 10th federal department to get such an office. The era of big government is, um, born again.

But I still can't get past thinking of Hamas as the original faith-based, homeland security organization.

I guess the Native Amercans on the "Homeland Security Since 1492" wouldn't really qualify as "faith-based."

Not in quite the same sense. But I do love that graphic!

I forgot to say the slogan with the picture is on T-shirts and posters. Millions could have been confused.

And we wouldn't want to cause confusion now, would we? :)
