The Homeland Security Spoof

Publius has posted a great spoof on the "negotiations" at the Department of Homeland Security that led them to cut New York City's homeland security budget by 40%. It has NYC, on the one hand, negotiating with a bunch of Sesame Street and other cartoon characters at Homeland Security. It's a good laugh, if it doesn't make you cry. Read it.
