Constitutional Crisis

I was "gone fish'n" today. Beautiful day. Went canoeing on the Delaware River.

Came back to see that at least one judge is trying to protect our Constitution. I'm still catching up, but one of the places to keep abreast of what's going down is Glenn Greenwald. He keeps updating the post, so go back frequently.

Meanwhile, I predict that Bush will ignore the ruling while saying he isn't. In the end, we'll see, but Bush (actually Cheney) believes he is above the Courts in his COMMANDER IN CHIEF clothing. Is that the Emperor's Clothes? Oh, there are none.
