Graham/Warner want Kangaroo Courts too

Hilzoy at Obsidian Wings has read the Graham/Warner bill on military commissions and finds it to be terrible, so let's not start applauding McCain/Graham/Warner for the firm principled stand. Their bill is almost as bad a Bush's.
