If at first you don't succeed

While there's a lot of speculation going on that the first test was a dud (too small an explosion to be believable as a nuke, according to some supposedly in the know), now we hear that a second test may be imminent. Who to believe, hmmmmm?

Of course, this may be an example of "if at first you don't succeed, try try again." Or, it may be an example of "once a dud, always a dud."
