Only 44% of Republicans likely to vote

The polls are coming in fast and furious, and the news for the Thuglicans is not good at all. This tidbit from the CNN poll is fascinating:

Most astonishing, however, is that while 58% of Democrats consider themselves likely to vote, just 44% of Republicans see themselves heading to the polls this November.

I wonder how that will affect the GOP's much vaunted GOTV effort.
