The leopard can't change its spots

I hear from this morning's TV news that Bush either has or will repropose Bolton for UN Ambassador. Biden says Bolton's going nowhere.

I see this as an effort on Bush's part to start things off in your face and then claim that it's the dirty Democrats who aren't being bipartisan.

More of the same. A leopard can't change its spots. An idiot can't grow a brain.
