In our name: Padilla tortured?

Finally, mainstream news begins to pick up and circulate the apparently unchallenged allegations about treatment of Jose Padilla. These formal allegations were made in court a month ago. This really should be front-page news in every self-respecting newspaper or magazine in the country, but most of them are probably still too scared of the nasty right-wing keyboarding brigade.
