Aw shucks, Cheney won't be testifying

This is too bad. All the fun is now gone from the Scooter trial. We don't get to kick Dick around anymore:

WASHINGTON - Neither Vice President Dick Cheney nor former aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby will testify at Libby's perjury and obstruction trial in the CIA leak case, Libby's lawyer said Tuesday.

Judge Walton has already told Wells that without Scooter's testimony, there's no memory loss defense. So, just what is left of the defense?
